Las Vegas, NV, January 4, 2023 – Today The NPD Group’s technology sector announced the recipients of its annual Consumer Electronics Industry Performance Awards, which are being shared with the winners during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. The awards recognize consumer electronics brands that achieved: the top increases in market share in North America1 and the fastest-turning brand per item in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico2, according to NPD’s Retail Tracking Service; as well as the top increase in online market share3 in the U.S., according to NPD’s Checkout data.
“As we kick off 2023, we are honored to recognize some of the companies that realized success last year, despite economic and industry challenges,” said Ian Hamilton, president of the technology sector at NPD. “Following two years of record CE sales, this year’s winners achieved success while navigating an evolving landscape. Congratulations to all!”
