As President of Operations, Michael Rosenthal is responsible for supporting and accelerating the company’s operating excellence efforts as well as bringing to market the company’s next-generation data integration solutions. 

Prior to joining the company, Rosenthal held multiple leadership positions as a senior vice president at Accretive Health. During his tenure, he delivered against a broad set of responsibilities, including managing large client relationships, running day-to-day operations, launching new service offerings, and overseeing strategic initiatives. 

Before Accretive Health, Rosenthal was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he served as a leader in the Operations & Technology practice. Rosenthal served as a senior counselor to Fortune 100 COOs, CIOs, business unit leaders, and other executives on operations, technology, organization, and strategy issues. His tenure at McKinsey lasted more than 10 years with a client base that included global investment banks, securities services firms, stock exchanges, market data and information providers, and private equity firms in cities worldwide. His client engagement experience covers a wide span of business functions, including developing growth strategies, designing and optimizing global operating models, and executing large change programs. 

Rosenthal earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering and a second bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
