She was selected to enter a 2-year leadership program in the first year of her career which have ger experience with strategic business planning, product development and data analysis. Seccato joined the team in 2022, working with the world’s leading beauty companies and helping them make the best decision based on data. Passionate about consumer behavior and trends, she has a decade’s of experience working exclusively with beauty and retail. Ana has a degree in International Relations from UNESP (Brazil) with specializations from School of Economics (Czech Republic), UNC (Argentina) and ESPM (Brazil).
